3.1 The Dews Drop Freshness Guarantee
We want you to love your scent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Return Conditions
To maintain hygiene standards for our fragrance community:
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with the seal intact.
- Exclusions: Once a body spray has been unsealed or a perfume has been sprayed, it can no longer be returned due to health and safety regulations.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during “Flash Sales” or clearance events are non-refundable.
3.3 Damaged in Transit
Fragrance bottles are fragile. If your order arrives leaking or broken:
- Contact support@dewsdrop.store within 24 hours.
- Provide a photo of the damaged bottle and the shipping label.
- We will dispatch a fresh replacement immediately at no extra cost.
3.4 Processing Your Refund
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
